A large subset of BPH men having predominantly storage LUTS is both under-reported and under-treated. Though α-blocker monotherapy helps achieve control of voiding LUTS, an optimal control over storage LUTS remains elusive. Here, add-on of either antimuscarinic or mirabegron could be useful. Such combinations are not only strongly recommended by guidelines but also soundly grounded in urodynamic proof-of- concept.
