Spontaneous Pneumothorax in a Pediatric Patient: A Rare Clinical Presentation

A rare case of spontaneous pneumothorax in a 5-year-old with influenza A and pneumonia. The child developed acute hypoxia and pneumomediastinum. Managed with HFNC, steroids, and antibiotics, he improved rapidly and was discharged stable.
