Sacral Neuromodulation in a Pregnant Woman

A 35-year-old woman with refractory overactive bladder underwent sacral neuromodulation (SNM) after failing pharmacologic and botulinum toxin therapies. SNM led to marked symptom improvement and sustained low OABSS. She conceived one-month post-implantation; SNM remained active during an uneventful pregnancy. Delivery and postpartum course were complication-free, with continued treatment efficacy
