Atypical Erectile Dysfunction with Infertility: A Rare Case Treated with Penile Prosthesis and TESA-ICSI

A 35-yr old male with ED since puberty and infertility, unresponsive to PDE5 inhibitors, was treated with penile prosthesis implantation and TESA-ICSI. Post-surgery, sexual function was restored, and his wife conceived through assisted reproduction.
