A Young Obese Patient with Heart Failure: Multidisciplinary Management Centered on the “Fantastic Four”

A 34-year-old man (BMI 46.5) with HFrEF (LVEF 27%) was managed with the 'Fantastic Four,' CPAP, and rehab. He achieved 33 kg weight loss, EF recovery, improved CAVI, and resolution of congestion, with sustained clinical stability.
