  • Cumulative exposure to apoB, LDL-P, & TRL-P from age 18-40 increased ASCVD risk after 40, with a 1 SD higher exposure yielding HRs of 1.53, 1.54, & 1.48, respectively (aHR≈ 1.30), usual apoB exposure ≥75 mg/dL/year raised the ASCVD risk
  • Targeting apoB <75 mg/dL may reduce ASCVD incidence in young adults.
