- C. tropicalis (32.2%) predominated and had highest azole resistance, esp. posaconazole (78.95%)
- C. albicans had posaconazole resistance (17.65%), while C. parapsilosis had fluconazole resistance (25%)
- C. auris exhibited multidrug resistance (fluconazole 87.5%, caspofungin 50%)
- Rising azole resistance requires rapid identification and targeted therapy.

- Threonine & succinic acid were linked to prevalent amputations (p < 0.05), ribonic acid (HR:1.02) & nonanoic acid (HR:0.96) were linked to incident ulcers
- The link between ribonic acid & DFU was also validated in an independent cohort.

- Therapeutic abstention was frequent with catheterization, polymicrobial cultures, or leukocyturia <10⁴/mL.
